🛍️ Returns & Refunds (Tools & Accessories)

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with any of our tools or products (bench scrapers, bannetons, lames, whisks, kits, etc.), the following applies:

30-Day Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order:

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

• Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty:

• Contact us within 7 days

• Provide a photo and order number

• We will replace the item free of charge, or offer a refund — your choice
