📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer
🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post
- Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary
Estimated Delivery Times
Metro areas: 2–6 business days
Regional & rural areas: 3–10 business days
Our dehydrated sourdough starter is shelf-stable and safe to ship.
- Starters are packaged carefully to protect quality during transit
- Once delivered, please follow the rehydration instructions provided
- Delays in transit will not affect the viability of your starter
Your starter is also covered by our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, so you can order with confidence.
Tools, Kits & Accessories
- Tools and accessories are packed securely to prevent damage
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number
📍 Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage to resend
- Real Rustic Sourdough is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control
